During this campaign, some opponents have accused me of taking advantage of my position as the Vice Mayor, claiming that I build homes that are larger than the Town's Code permits and that my projects are being fast-tracked through P&Z regardless of whether they conform to the Code. This is outright false and is not, in any way, rooted in fact or supported by evidence. I created the below chart that identifies all projects that I have been involved in since 2020. The chart shows that, of the 19 projects that I have been involved in in the past 4 years, 17 of those projects were approved by P&Z during the previous Commission's term (under former Mayor Burkett's term) and NOT while I was a Commissioner. It's also worth noting that I am typically not hired for a project until after P&Z approves the project. I have informed my opponents of these facts, but they continue to make these accusations without any regard for the truth.
